Phase 1: Kitchen & Bathroom Overhaul

The homeowner, a talented and innovative baker, sought a Masterplan for a two-phase renovation of her 1923 residence in the Berkeley Hills. Phase 1 involved a complete overhaul of the kitchen, powder room, and breakfast nook, as well as the reconstruction of the full bathroom located above the kitchen. We extended the bathroom's exterior wall by approximately 5 feet, gaining around 54 square feet of space. Phase 2 required special zoning permits and will (hopefully) be completed in 2025/2026.
